Hai Poké

About

This Japanese restaurant sources quality ingredients to execute classical preparations across ramen, sushi, and yakitori—the kind of place where each dish reflects genuine technique rather than shortcuts. The owners clearly understand that ramen broth demands time and sushi rice demands precision, which shows in plates that taste like they belong in Tokyo neighborhoods rather than a Columbus strip mall. Sake pairings and late-night izakaya energy draw regulars who know the difference between restaurants that cook Japanese food and ones that respect it.
