Ninja Bowl Sushi
About
This intimate sushi counter and ramen house prioritizes technique over trends, with chefs who treat rice temperatures and knife angles as non-negotiable fundamentals. The kitchen moves fluidly between precise sushi preparation and the controlled chaos of a proper ramen station, offering the kind of care you'd expect from someone who built this place to cook the food they wanted to eat rather than chase margins.
