About

This intimate counter-service spot specializes in conveyor belt sushi and cooked Japanese fare, where diners can watch skilled itamae work through the night preparing fresh rolls and nigiri. The rotating format keeps pace with the neighborhood crowd—a mix of after-work professionals and late-night eaters—while the kitchen pivots between sushi, ramen, and grilled items depending on what's moving. Expect straightforward preparations that let ingredient quality speak for itself, paired with a focused sake selection that rewards ordering beyond the obvious choices.
