Sushi Song

About

This owner-operated Japanese restaurant brings serious craft to Key West's casual dining scene, with a kitchen that handles both delicate sushi work and the high-heat demands of yakitori and tempura with equal precision. The sake program reflects genuine curation rather than convenience, paired thoughtfully with a menu that spans from quick ramen bowls to omakase counter experiences. In a tourist town saturated with casual spots, the attention to technique and ingredient quality here reads as the work of someone cooking for locals first.
