Sushi-Thai Downtown
About
This intimate spot brings rigorous Japanese technique to Naples' dining scene, with a kitchen that treats each bowl of ramen and piece of nigiri with equal precision. The dual focus on sushi counter work and hot preparations—from yakitori to tonkatsu—suggests a chef invested in mastering fundamentals rather than chasing trends. An independent operation in this market means the sake selection and daily specials likely reflect personal sourcing rather than distributor convenience.
